We have been making PVC Free, Polypropylene Soft Card Sleeves Since 1986. We started in Hong Kong, then Taiwan, and from the early 90's Mainland China. The only thing that has NOT changed is our consistent high quality for OVER 30 years! We use the highest clarity 2 mil polypropylene and exacting manufacturing so that sizing is consistent. Size is 2 5/8" x 3 5/8". They fit perfectly in our regular 3x4 top-loaders and in our Card Savers for standard size cards, the Card Saver 1 or 2.
