DELIVERY POLICY
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll get another notification when your order ships.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is offered for Ireland orders over €100.
We've got plans for free international shipping. For now, it's a €20 flat rate for EU orders above €150 and €30 for EEA, Switzerland, and the UK.

In-store Pickup
Skip the shipping with free local pickup in Dublin City Center. Pick up in 1-2 business days, and we'll email you when it's ready.
Pickup hours are Mon-Fri 08:00 - 17:00 and Sat-Sun 09:00 - 15:00 (subject to availability).
International Shipping
We ship to most of Europe. For other areas, contact us.
Shipping times vary: 1-2 days to Ireland, 3-5 days to the UK, and 1-2 weeks to the EU.
Order Status & Other Info
Check your email for a shipping notification with tracking info. Allow 48 hours for tracking to update.
Didn't get your order within 15 days? Email us at [email protected] with your name and order number.
Order CHANGES
Customer can request to amend or cancel an order before it has been processed and/or dispatched.
Once processed and email with tracking information is sent, orders cannot be amended or canceled.
