We have been making PVC Free, Polypropylene Soft Card Sleeves Since 1986. We started in Hong Kong, then Taiwan, and from the early 90's Mainland China. The only thing that has NOT changed is our consistent high quality for OVER 30 years! We use the highest clarity 2 mil polypropylene and exacting manufacturing so that sizing is consistent.
